False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These classes start out at NCV level two as well as minimal prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

After the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level 2 here that's equivalent to an NQF level two.
